Traum-Ferienwohnungen reports a 14% surge in new home listings in first quarter of 2023

Bremen, Germany, 03 July 2023: Traum-Ferienwohnungen, one of the leading online vacation rental platforms in Europe, announced a strong increase in new vacation home listings during the first quarter of 2023 in Germany. The company added a total of 4,236 new listings, a 14% rise from the 3,709 listings added during the same quarter last year.

Among the regions witnessing the growth, Schleswig-Holstein takes the lead with 32% of new home listings, followed by Niedersachsen and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern at 24% and 21 % respectively. With their diverse attractions and beautiful natural landscapes, these regions have captured the interest of travellers across Germany.

As per 39th tourism analysis published by the BAT Foundation for Future Issues, over 60% Germans are planning to travel this year, taking the travel demand to pre-covid levels.
