Wyden Appoints Rémy Schimmel Maillet-Contoz as Chief Financial Officer

Wyden, a global leader in institutional digital asset trading technology, announces that Rémy Schimmel Maillet-Contoz has been appointed to the executive board and leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. This appointment, which is effective from February 10, 2025, will play a critical role in Wyden’s strategic global expansion over the coming years.

Zurich – In the role of CFO, Rémy Schimmel Maillet-Contoz will become the financial controller of Wyden, overseeing the development and implementation of finance strategy as well as the day-to-day management of financial operations, including compliance. This appointment comes following Wyden’s successful $16.9 million Series B funding round, .

Schimmel Maillet-Contoz brings extensive director-level leadership from his tenure of nearly two decades in the banking and financial services industry. Prior to joining Wyden, he held positions including CFO at Cembra, CFO of British private bank Coutts, Director of Client MI at Natwest Group, and Senior Finance Business Partner at Lloyds Banking Group.
