Warschau, September 1. 2022 - GoldenPeaks Capital, a company specializing in the construction and operation of solar systems with a strong focus on Eastern Europe, will acquire more than 1GW of solar projects in Poland within the next 6 months.

GoldenPeaks Capital, a European based investment company, who is focussing on Renewable Energy investments, holds today a total of 1GW of solar projects.

In the belief that investments in Renewable Energy, especially photovoltaic and storage, are key to reduce the dependency on energy imports for every country and additionally replacing fossil fuel, GoldenPeaks Capital has committed to extend its photovoltaic portfolio by 1 GW over the next 6 months.

The projects will be purchased from local developers and built and managed by GoldenPeaks’ subsidiary Spectris Energy Sp. z o.o. in Poland.

Spectris Energy Sp. z o.o. has, as of today, more than 60 professionals for engineering, procurement, logistics and control of the building process as well as the full range of asset management and trading capabilities, with a state of the art technology.

This gives GoldenPeaks Capital the edge to purchase the projects directly and build on budget on time executing with excellent quality to safeguard their investments for a 30 year period.
