Sunrise aumenta la massa salariale per 2023 del 2,6%

Sunrise aumenta la massa salariale per il 2023 di un totale del 2,6%. Per tutti i dipendenti soggetti al contratto collettivo di lavoro, la massa salariale verrà incrementata del 2,8% circa. Questo è il risultato delle trattative salariali tra Sunrise e il rispettivo partner sociale, il sindacato syndicom. 

Sunrise adotta un approccio individuale e orientato alle prestazioni per gli aumenti salariali regolari. "Per contrastare al meglio l'onere aggiuntivo dovuto all’aumento dei costi, in quest’anno particolare assegneramo a tutti i dipendenti soggetti al contratto collettivo di lavoro il 2,6% fisso da aprile 2023. Inoltre, circa lo 0,2% sarà disponibile in modo flessibile per aumenti salariali straordinari nel 2023", spiega André Krause, CEO Sunrise.

Daniel Hügli, responsabile del settore ICT di syndicom, aggiunge: "Con questi aumenti salariali è possibile ammortizzare l'aumento del costo della vita per i dipendenti. Il contratto collettivo di lavoro progressivo è la base di questo risultato negoziale".

Per tutti gli altri dipendenti non soggetti al contratto collettivo di lavoro,  nell'ambito degli aumenti salariali regolari sarà disponibile un budget del 2% per effettuare adeguamenti salariali individuali basati sulle prestazioni e circa lo 0,2% per gli aumenti salariali straordinari.
