Abivax adjusts its 2023 Financial Communication Calendar PARIS, France, March 16, 2023 – 06:30 p.m. (CET) – Abivax SA (Euronext Paris: FR0012333284 – ABVX), a Phase 3 clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing therapeutics that modulate the immune system to treat patients with chronic inflammatory diseases, today announces an update of its 2023 Financial Communications Calendar due to a technical adjustment of the Abivax Board of Director’s Meeting to approve the financial statement 2022 as well as the resolutions to be submitted to the General Assembly 2023. Following the successful pricing of an oversubscribed EUR 130M financing on February 22, 2023, the Company expanded its cash runway until the end of the second quarter of 2024.
