clearvise AG receives construction permit for Heiligenfelde solar park

• Start of construction for Heiligenfelde solar park in the 2nd half of the year, grid connection planned for early 2024
• clearvise and ALTUS thus continue good cooperation
• Saarland's largest solar park was opened as part of the Alsweiler cooperation project at the beginning of May

Wiesbaden, 7 June 2023 - clearvise AG (WKN A1EWXA / ISIN DE000A1EWXA4), an independent power producer from renewable energies with a diversified, European portfolio of wind and PV plants, has received the construction permit for the Heiligenfelde solar park. The solar park in Altmark, Sachsen-Anhalt with a planned capacity of ~10 MWp will be under construction due to clearing at the end of the third quarter of 2023. The grid connection is expected to take place at the beginning of 2024.

"With the long-awaited construction permit, the starting signal is finally given for the joint implementation of the Heiligenfelde solar park. Each solar park contributes to our goal of a balanced electricity production, half from wind and half from solar energy. This is a declared goal of our sustainable clearSCALE growth initiative, because it enables clearvise to better meet the load profiles of industrial electricity customers," Petra Leue-Bahns, CEO of clearvise AG, welcomes the important milestone and adds: "We would like to thank our development partner ALTUS for their dedication and commitment in getting the site released from mining law and the permit granted."

The Heiligenfelde solar park is part of the ALTUS portfolio for which clearvise and the Karlsruhe-based project developer ALTUS AG concluded purchase agreements in 2021 and have been working together successfully ever since. For example, Saarland's largest solar park in Alsweiler with a total of ~22 MWp is part of the cooperation, which was ceremonially opened on 25 May 2023 in the presence of Saarland's Minister President Anke Rehlinger.

After completion, the Heiligenfelde solar park will be the second project operated by clearvise in the Altmark region, in addition to the solar parks at the Lohne site.
