Shareholding notifications with reference to Transparency Law

Luxembourg, 6 May 2020 (18:00 CET) - Aperam announces that shareholding notifications by Société Générale SA (5.03% and 4.60%) are available in the Luxembourg Stock Exchange's electronic database OAM on and on the company's website under Investors> Corporate Governance> Shareholding structure. The notifications are published in reference to the Luxembourg law and the Grand Ducal regulation of 11 January 2008, on transparency requirements for issuers of securities ("Transparency Law") in view of shareholding notifications crossing upwards and downwards the 5% voting rights threshold.
