Seventeenth Annual General Meeting of Delticom AG

Hanover, June 21, 2023 – Delticom AG (German Securities Code (WKN) 514680, ISIN DE0005146807, stock market symbol DEX), Europe's leading online retailer for tyres and complete wheels, held its seventeenth Annual General Meeting today in Hanover.

After the last three Annual General Meetings, which were held virtually due to corona, the shareholders were very pleased the event was held in person again this year.

The presence at the Annual General Meeting of Delticom AG, which operates the leading online tyre shops for private and commercial end customers in Europe with its brands , and , amounted to 52.79 % of the share capital. All items on the agenda were approved by the shareholders with a large majority.

During the Annual General Meeting, Delticom Managing Board member Andreas Prüfer discussed current trends and their impact on the future of the replacement tyre market in Europe and the resulting opportunities for Delticom's market positioning. He also provided information on the internal reorganization and associated cost-cutting measures. In his report on the 2022 annual financial statements, he referred to the successful sale of the US subsidiary in January last year and the challenges posed by the economic situation, which the company has successfully mastered thanks to its high flexibility. “It is anything but a matter of course to be able to rely on a team that works with such tirelessness and personal dedication. Without these employees, we would not be able to look back on such a stable business year in difficult times like these,” said Philip von Grolman and Andreas Prüfer, thanking the employees of Delticom AG and the operation centres working for Delticom.

Full-year forecast confirmed

Delticom AG will continue to benefit from the increasing importance of the internet as a sales channel. At this point in time, the management continues to expect revenues in a range between € 500 million and € 534 million for 2023 and – depending on revenues – an operating EBITDA in a range between € 14 million and € 18.9 million.
