Ekotechnika AG: Postponement of the Annual General Meeting 2020

Walldorf, 19 March 2020 - Ekotechnika AG (Primary Market; ISIN: DE000A161234) has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting in Wiesloch, which was convened for Tuesday, 7 April 2020 at 10:00 a.m. The invitation to the Annual General Meeting published in the Federal Gazette on 25 February 2020 is thus void. As soon as a new date for the Annual General Meeting has been decided, a new invitation will be announced in the Federal Gazette and published on the company's website at .

The decision has been taken against the background of the current situation and the global spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). As the Executive Board of Ekotechnika AG attaches top priority to the wellbeing and health of the shareholders, the employees and the service providers involved, the Executive Board has decided, in consultation with the Supervisory Board, to postpone the meeting.
