Engel & Völkers Digital Invest achieves placement volume of more than 23 million euros in the third quarter of 2022

Berlin, 11 November 2022. EV Digital Invest AG (ISIN: DE000A3DD6W5), operator of the online real estate investment platform “Engel & Völkers Digital Invest”, is experiencing sustained high demand. In the first nine months of the 2022 financial year, investors funded over 43.4 million euros on the platform. This represents an increase of around 65 percent compared to the same period last year. The third quarter was particularly strong, with a placement volume of around 23.4 million euros - the strongest quarter since the foundation of the company. Engel & Völkers Digital Invest has further attractive real estate projects in the pipeline and continues to record high investor demand at the beginning of the fourth quarter.

The placement volume grew significantly over the course of the year in an overall very challenging market environment. The development underlines the fact that there is still a strong demand for high-quality real estate investments. The real estate projects placed in the first nine months of the 2022 financial year include promising residential and office project developments in economically strong locations. In the third quarter of 2022, Engel & Völkers Digital Invest agreed a strategic partnership with DFI Real Estate to also offer investors investments in the growth segment of sustainable logistics properties in the future. Two DFI Zukunftspark projects have already been successfully financed via the platform.
