Successful contract renewal of the Board of Constantin Film AG 

Constantin Film AG, a 100% subsidiary of Highlight Communications AG renewed the contracts of the long-serving CEO Martin Moszkowicz and Management Board member Oliver Berben early and for an extended period.

The Supervisory Board extended Martin Moszkowicz's contract as CEO in a decision passed on 11 July 2020, to take effect on 1 January 2021. Additionally, the Supervisory Board has appointed Oliver Berben Deputy CEO and also renewed his contract.
