Postponement of the Board of Directors meeting

 

April 08, Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that PJSC RusHydro's Chairman of the Board of Directors has determined to postpone the Board of Directors meeting scheduled for 07.04.2020 to 09.04.2020.
