INDUS plans virtual Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2020 and brings
forward half-yearly report 2020 to August 6, 2020

Bergisch Gladbach, 29 May 2020 - Against the background of the current COVID 19 pandemic, the management board of INDUS Holding AG has decided, with the approval of the supervisory board, to hold a virtual Annual General Meeting. This should take place on August 13, 2020 from 10.30 a.m. In order to protect shareholders, employees and service providers, INDUS makes use of the option created by law to hold the Annual General Meeting without the physical presence of shareholders.

The online service with options for exercising voting rights electronically (postal vote), granting power of attorney and declaring objections is supplemented by the function of submitting questions online as well. The invitation to the Annual General Meeting with further information will be published in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger) on time. All further information and documents will be made available on our on time.

Following the postponement of the Annual General Meeting, INDUS Holding AG has brought forward the publication of its half-year report 2020 to August 6, 2020.
