I-RES Welcomes ISS Recommendation to Vote AGAINST All Resolutions at Forthcoming EGM

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (“I-RES”) welcomes the report issued by a leading corporate governance advisory institution, Institutional Shareholder Services (“ISS”) which has recommended that shareholders vote AGAINST ALL resolutions proposed by Vision Capital Corporation (“Vision”) at the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) convened to take place on 16 February 2024.

The I-RES Board continues to recommend Shareholders vote against all resolutions proposed by Vision at the forthcoming EGM.
