Mobimo places Green Bond for CHF 120 million

Lucerne, 13 January 2025 - Mobimo Holding AG today successfully placed another Green Bond with a volume of CHF 120 million on the Swiss capital market. The fixed-interest bond has a coupon of 1.35% and a term of 6.2 years with a final maturity on 28 March 2031. Today's transaction marks the tenth bond issue by Mobimo Holding AG.

The issue proceeds will be used to finance sustainable projects in accordance with Mobimo's Green Bond Framework and will be paid out on 28 January 2025.

Zürcher Kantonalbank and Luzerner Kantonalbank AG acted as Joint Lead Managers of the transaction, Basler Kantonalbank as Co-Manager. An application has been made for the bond to be listed on the Swiss Exchange from 27 January 2025.
