Muehlhan AG postpones Annual General Meeting 2020

Hamburg, March 27, 2020 - Muehlhan AG (Open Market; ISIN DE000A0KD0F7) is postponing its ordinary Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 19, 2020, to an as yet undetermined date.

As a consequence, the Annual General Meeting will not be held on May 19, 2020, as originally announced. This decision was reached in light of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. In such a situation, the health of the shareholders, Muehlhan employees involved with the organization of the Annual General Meeting, and service providers working on behalf of Muehlhan are of utmost importance.

The intention is to hold the Annual General Meeting on a new date in the summer of 2020. The notice of convocation for the Annual General Meeting on a new date will be issued in a timely manner.

The Muehlhan AG Annual Report 2019 will be published as planned on April 3, 2020.
