On June 3, 2020 the audited stand-alone and consolidated financial statements of Petro Welt Technologies AG (PeWeTe) were approved by resolution of the company's Supervisory Board. Following a recommendation of the Management Board the Supervisory Board also decided not to recommend a distribution of profits but to carry profits forward into 2020. The financial statements can be found on PeWeTe's corporate website
