publity again achieves extension of contract for office property Quattrium near Dusseldorf

Frankfurt 06/02/2020 - publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508), an investor and asset manager focusing on office properties in Germany, has once again achieved a leasing success for the Quattrium office property in Ratingen near Dusseldorf, with an area of almost 28,000 square metres. The rental agreement with NetConnect Germany GmbH & Co. KG has now been extended for a further three years with effect from 1 January 2021. The rental agreement with NetConnect Germany GmbH & Co. publity had acquired the Quattrium in 2016 under an asset management agreement and had already achieved pleasing asset management successes with the five-storey office property built in 1993.
