publity with successful leasing of office property at Dortmund airport

Frankfurt 17 March 2020 - publity AG (Scale, ISIN DE0006972508) has achieved significant letting successes with a property in the Airport City of Dortmund Airport for which it acts as asset manager. publity has succeeded in agreeing an extension of the tenancy periods for numerous spaces with attractive terms. Additional space was also newly leased. Altogether, rental income has increased by more than 50 percent in recent years to over EUR 0.7 million per year. The property is almost fully let and was acquired in 2016.
