RIB Software SE (RIB) signs a Phase-II-contract (No. 12 / 2020) with SNHBM

Stuttgart, Germany, 8 June 2020. RIB Software SE, the world's leading provider of iTWO 5D BIM Big Data technology for the construction industry, today announced the conclusion of a Phase-II-contract with Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM).

Founded in 1919, the Société Nationale des Habitations à Bon Marché (SNHBM) is a public promoter from Luxembourg specialising in the design and construction of single-family homes and apartment buildings. SNHBM has more than 120 employees and is responsible, for example, for the disposition of building land and the preparation of development plans, for the design and creation of building projects, for the execution and the tendering process, for the coordination of construction sites and for the actual housing management.

Hendrik Rolvering, head of finance and administration at SNHBM: "Our goal is to use iTWO 4.0 to handle our construction processes throughout the company in a consistent and uniform manner. In addition to the management of all projects (property management, project documentation, tendering and awarding, ...), the management of interested parties and customer data is also to be simplified and optimized by the software solution. We look forward to working with the RIB and iTWO 4.0."

SNHBM also recognized the need to integrate software and platform and decided to use managed services in the RIB MTWO Cloud under Microsoft Azure.
