Koninklijke KPN N.V. (KPN) has agreed to sell its consulting business KPN Consulting B.V. to Cegeka N.V. for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction is in line with KPN's strategy to accelerate the simplification of the company and focus on a converged and simplified portfolio in Business Market.

KPN Consulting, which includes all activities of KPN ICT Consulting and Call2, provides a variety of primarily tailormade ICT consulting and support services in the areas of amongst others ICT strategy, cloud services and data analytics. It is based in Zoetermeer, Groningen and Apeldoorn and employs more than 750 people.

Cegeka is a family-owned European ICT-services provider, headquartered in Belgium, serving more than 2,500 customers. The company is active in 11 European countries, including the Netherlands, and is looking to grow its activities in Northern Europe. The combination of KPN Consulting and Cegeka strengthens Cegeka's position in the Netherlands. KPN and Cegeka will enter into a partnership to ensure a seamless transition for customers.

The proceeds of the transaction will be retained to increase operational and financial flexibility. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.

KPN/Delivering on 2027, Delta still a question mark/HOLD

The stock has rerated in line with the Telecoms sector, +15% YTD, which we factor in with a lower WACC, despite some limited cuts in estimates for 2026 following the CMD and 4Q25 results.
