Swiss Life has completed the share buyback programme for the purpose of capital reduction which was announced on 6 September 2023.

Since 2 October 2023, Swiss Life Holding Ltd has repurchased 502’081 of its own shares at an average purchase price of CHF 597.51 per share, and thereby achieved the targeted size of CHF 300 million.
