PRESS RELEASE

Annual General Meeting 2020

Tele Columbus has decided to postpone its Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for 28 May 2020

Berlin, 31. March 2020. Tele Columbus AG (ISIN: DE000TCAG172, WKN: TCAG17, "Tele Columbus", "the Company" or "the Group"), one of Germany's leading fibre network operators, today announces the postponement of its annual general meeting 2020.

In view of the rapid spread of the covid-19 pandemic (Corona) and the necessary reduction of contacts, the Management Board and Supervisory Board of the Company have decided to postpone this year's General Meeting originally planned for 28 May 2020.

Dr Daniel Ritz, Chief Executive Officer of Tele Columbus AG, states: "For us, the health of our shareholders, employees and service providers has the highest priority. We do not want to unnecessarily increase their risk of an infection."

The annual general meeting will take place within the period stipulated by stock corporation law until the end of the current financial year. As soon as the conditions permit a reliable planning and a safe meeting, Tele Columbus will announce the new date for the AGM.

TeleColumbus (Overweight) Potential ServCo sale: Implications and ref...

TeleColumbus’ NetCo/ ServCo separation is progressing quicker than we had expected and we believe the company is now seriously exploring a ServCo sale as a route to reduce debt and enhance equity value. TeleColumbus’ current 10% PIK note arguably sees an excessive transfer of value from equity holders to debt holders given our view that the company has asset coverage > 100%.
