Münster, 10 August 2023: Vectron Systems AG (Vectron), a leading provider of intelligent POS systems and cloud services, with a focus on hospitality and bakery sectors, has determined preliminary results for the first half of 2023 according to IFRS standards. For the first time, these results consolidate acardo group, acquired per January 1st 2023. Last year, Vectron (stand alone) reported H1 net sales of EUR 12,8m., whereas H1 2023 net sales, now including acardo group, add up to EUR 18,5m, thus representing an increase of 47 percent. The acquisition of acardo group also accounts for now positive half year operating results with an EBITDA of EUR 1,7m. Vectron’s stand- alone EBITDA per H1 2022 was negative at a level of EUR -0,5m. Whilst positive H1 2023 EBITDA was, as expected, predominantly contributed by acardo, even Vectron’s core business contributed favourably with EUR 0,3m, basically achieved by continued growth of recurring revenues, which increased by 21% compared to H1 2022, now at a level of EUR 6,2 m (H1 2022: EUR 5,1m). The company expects this growth trend to continue.
