Berlin, 4 October 2023 - The Veganz innovation Mililk®, the printed oat drink in barista quality, can now be ordered by all hospitality customers throughout Germany at . In a revolutionary 2D printing process, the oat milk drink is printed as a sheet in DIN A5 size to save space and sent by post in an envelope. 40 of these DIN A5 sheets make 10 litres of oat drink, which can thus be transported and stored in a resource-saving and cost-effective way. One pallet of printed Mililk® replaces 9 pallets of conventional milk or milk alternatives in cartons.

Mixed with water in the blender at the PoS in the catering trade, a high-quality oat drink in barista quality is created. Thanks to the sustainable printing process, this saves 94% packaging materials/storage volume and 85% weight, which has a very positive effect on the CO₂ balance and logistics costs.

At the same time, the product has a shelf life of up to 2 years, is cheaper to buy and can always be portioned according to need, which counteracts food waste. The product is clean label, no added sugar, organic and gluten-free.

Mililk® is currently being tested by customers such as RB Leipzig and has been very well received.
