Leeds Group's trading businesses are Hemmers-Itex Textil Import Export GmbH (Hemmers), and its subsidiary ChinohTex Limited (ChinohTex). Co.'s Hemmers subsidiary is engaged in the import and distribution of fabric from its principal place of business in Nordhorn, Germany. Chinoh-Tex is enggaed in textile trading, buying fabric from Chinese manufacturers to be sold internationally. The Hemmers business comprises two operating segments, namely Hemmers Europe and Hemmers China. Co.'s other subsidiary, Leeds Property GmbH, is a vehicle to hold Co.'s German property assets. Leeds Property GmbH is engaged in property investment.
