The main index SOFIX 679.54 (-0.5%) slightly retreated last week, while the broader BGBX40 and BGTR30 remained almost unchanged. H1’23 financial result triggered investors’ activity and the weekly turnover (BGN 12.1m) increased by almost 50% compared to the average one YtD. Positive sentiment raised the value of Sirma Group Holding (SGH, BGN 0.69, +6.2%) and Bulgarian Real Estate Fund (BREF, BGN 2.18, +4.8%) thus placing the companies to the top of weekly gainers within our universe. The laggards in our list of selected companies were led by Trace Group Hold (T57, BGN 3.60, -6.7%) and Neochim (NEOH, BGN 30.40, -5.0%) with the latter being pushed down by weak Q2’23 financials.
