The Company operates in two business segments. The Water Treatment Equipment segment is involved in the design, installation and sale of water treatment systems with a focus on ultra pure water production systems for semiconductor and liquid crystal uses. The segment is also involved in the maintenance of its equipment, the sale of consumable goods such as cartridge filters and ion-exchange resins, as well as the entrusted analysis of water quality. The Others segment is involved in the sale of high-purity chemicals and piping materials. As of March 31, 2012, the Company had seven subsidiaries.
