Anshin Guarantor Service Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the rent debt guarantee business. The main products are Life Anshin Plus and Anshin Plus which are advance replacement type products, and need the Company makes a full advance payment to real estate management companies or lessors before tenants pay rent. In contrast to Life Anshin Plus, which is a service for paying rents by credit card companies, Anshin Plus makes the Company pays rent. It is also engaged in the provision of nonpayment report model products when rent is delinquent due to a tenant, and a real estate management company sends a delinquency report to the Company. The Company also provides point cards IEON CARD de Yachin and PLUS Anshin Rent Guarantee.
