The company's business segments are: Crude Oil Marketing, which are engaged in the sale and delivery of crude oil purchased either directly from producers or from others on the open market; and Transportation, which consists of the operations of its wholly owned subsidiary, Service Transport Company, to transports liquid chemicals and, to a lesser extent, dry bulk on a for hire basis throughout the continental United States, and into Canada and Mexico.
