Co.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Armour Energy (Surat Basin) Pty Ltd owns petroleum resources, tenures, production and transportation infrastructure assets on the Roma Shelf, Queensland. These assets will provide gas, oil, liquefied petroleum gas and condensate products. Also, Ripple Resources Pty Ltd (Ripple Resources) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Co., and holds seven granted Exploration Permits for Minerals (EPM's) in Queensland. In the Northern Territory, Ripple Resources holds 20 granted EPM's.
