The Company provides its products to small and medium-sized enterprises active mainly in the mechanical engineering, oil and gas sectors. It has a number of subsidiaries and affiliated companies. On June 18, 2013, the Company sold its entire stake in Asmet-Stroy OOO. On December 24, 2014, the Company acquired 100% stake in Data-Forum OOO.
