Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company, formerly Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company operating in the construction materials industry. The Company is involved in the extraction of sand for construction and industrial usages, such as white sand, yellow sand, salty sand and water filtration sand, as well as clay and kaolin for the manufacture of other construction materials. It also constructs warehouses, marine ports and infrastructures for industrial zones. Other activities include construction materials trading, shipbuilding, agricultural product trading, along with the provision of land clearing services, warehousing services and port services. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had five subsidiaries. Effective May 24, 2012, the Company has changed its name to Binh Thuan Mineral Industry Joint Stock Company from Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company.
