Blue Vision A/S, formerly Gudme Raaschou Vision A/S, is a Denmark-based company engaged in the investment in and development of real estate. The Company's strategy comprises investment and development of both residential and commercial real estate properties with intention of subsequent sale. It primarily focuses on domestic real estate properties located in Denmark and Southern Sweden. The Company's property portfolio includes such properties, as Mikkelborg Park in Hoersholm and Roret in Snekkersten, among others. The Company's major shareholder is Kiwi Deposit Holding A/S, which owns approximately 45% shares. The Company has one direct wholly owned subsidiaries, namely Seaside Holding A/S, as well as a number of indirectly owned subsidiaries, including Mikkelborg Park Holding ApS, Roret Snekkersten ApS and Skovgaardsvejd Holding ApS, among others. In July 2013, it divested its subsidiary Strandpromenaden A/S.
