The Company's main facilities include fish meal and fish oil production plants, freezing and breaded plants, fish unloading warehouses and fattening centers, which are located in the communes of Caldera, Coronel, Corral and Talcahuano, as well as in the regions of Los Lagos and Aysen. The Company is also engaged in the farming and processing of salmon, mussels, jack mackerels and mackerels. Its products are exported to South and North America, Europe, Asia and Africa. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Pesquera Bahia Caldera SA, Salmones Blumar SA, Golfo Comercial SA, Pesquera Araucania Dos SA and Granja Marina SA, and Grupo Las Urbinas was its major shareholder with 45.31% of its interest.
