Cokal is engaged in the identification and development of coal within Central Kalimantan coking coal basin in Indonesia. As at June 30 2016, in Kalimantan, Indonesia, Co. had: 75% interest in PT Anugerah Alam Katingan Project; 60% interest in PT Bumi Barito Mineral Project; 60% interest in PT Borneo Bara Prima Project; 75.20% interest in PT Silangkop Nusa Raya Project; and 75% interest in PT Tambang Benua Alam Raya Project. In addition, in Tanzania, Co. had: 50% interest in joint venture with Tanzoz Resource Company Ltd. (Tanzoz), the PL 6281 project; and 60% interest in joint venture with Tanzoz, the PL 5395 project plus additional tenements identified by the parties.
