Its activities include care and maintenance of the minesite and its mining properties, primarily in the Bayarong Tailings area. The Company has a Mineral Processing Permit for the recovery of minerals in the Bayarong Tailings Dam. DCSMI owns various immovable assets, such as the land, roads and bridges that were used during mining operations in San Marcelino, Zambales. The Company owns approximately two hectares of land in Barangay Matain, Subic, Zambales, where the Port Dizon is located. The Company also owns a property in Barangay Parada, Valenzuela City with a total area of over 4,070 square meters. The Company has complete ownership of the Port Dizon and Valenzuela properties.
