Dycasa SA is an Argentina-based company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the construction sector. The Company's activities include the development of public concession projects, such as highways, airports and marine ports, bridges, silos, railroads, industrial assemblies, electric substations, telecommunications infrastructure, sewer and drinking water networks, water treatment plants, gas compression plants and nuclear power stations, among others. The Company is also active in the management and exploitation of toll roads. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned three subsidiaries Aufe SAC, Semecar SA and Aunor SA, as well as it held minor stakes in Covisur SA, Autopistas del Sol SA, Probiar SA and AEBA SA.
