EAG Beteiligungs AG is an Austria-based investment company. The Company invests in companies within Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Its investment strategy is the long-term holding of acquired shareholdings. Previously, the Company, known as EYBL International AG, was engaged in the manufacturing of automotive textiles and components. The Company entered insolvency proceedings on December 29, 2008, and emerged from it on February 16, 2009. The event was followed by the divestment of its asset to Prevent DEV GmbH on May 11, 2009.
