The company's subsidiary, First Harrison Bank (the Bank), is an Indiana chartered commercial bank which provides a variety of banking services to individuals and business customers in Indiana and Kentucky. The Bank originates mortgage loans for sale in the secondary market and also sells non-deposit investment products through a financial services division. The Bank periodically invests in mortgage-backed securities and collateralized mortgage obligations. The Bank provides a range of deposit instruments, including non-interest bearing checking accounts, negotiable order of withdrawal accounts, money market accounts, and regular savings accounts.
