Its range of products includes cotton balls and pads, wet wipes, peeling wet wipes, baby wipes and accessories, cotton swabs and plaster strips. It offers its personal hygiene products under the brand names Ola and Cleanic, which includes such product lines as Cleanic, Cleanic Natural Beauty, Cleanic dzidzius, Cleanic Kindii, Cleanic Intimate, Cleanic Clean O''Peel, and house cleaning wipes, such as multipurpose wipes and wipes for furniture, as well as for cars, under the name Presto Clean. As of December 31, 2011 the Company operated two wholly owned subsidiaries based in the Russian Federation, Harper Hygenics Rus OOO and Harper Production OOO. The Company's majority stakeholder was Central European Cotton Holdings Ltd. Ireland with a 74.59% stake in the capital.
