Hoi An Tourist Holding Company, formerly Hoi An Tourist Service Joint Stock Company, is a Vietnam-based company engaged in hotel operations. Beside its hotel and beach resorts, the Company is active in the operations of full-service restaurants, coffee shops and bars. Moreover, the Company operates inbound and outbound tours, including tours to trade villages; provides tourist transportation services and acts as ticket agencies for different airlines. Other activities include laundry and the provision of leisure services on the beach, such as snorkeling with high speed boats, spa services, event organizing services and meeting-hall leasing services. During the year ended December 31, 2012, 56.27% of the Company's gross revenue came from the operations of hotels and beach resorts.
