iA, Inc is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the design and manufacture of semiconductors. The Company operates two business divisions: semiconductor and system. Its semiconductor division provides application specific integrated circuits (ASICs) such as network chips, mobile television (TV) chips, camera chips, three dimensional (3D) chips, digital video record (DVR) chips, voice processing chips and others, as well as semiconductors such as video and sound chips used for broadcasting, communication and automobiles. Its system division provides Internet phones including voice over IP (VoIP) and multimedia over IP (MoIP) devices. Through its subsidiary, it also involves in the software outsourcing business. On April 16, 2013, the Company changed its name to iA, Inc., from C&S Technology Inc.
