Sogn Sparebank Formerly known as Indre Sogn Sparebank. Sogn Sparebank, formerly Indre Sogn Sparebank (the Bank), is a Norway-based regional bank. It is engaged in the provision of banking services through its headquarters based in Ardalstangen, and its branches located in Ovre Ardal, Borgund, Sogndal, Bergen and Laerdal in Norway, as well as its online facility. Its primary customers are private households, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. The Bank's services include savings accounts, checking accounts, payment mediation services, credit cards, mortgages, personal loans, life assurance, asset insurance, leasing and investment trusts, among others. Indre Sogn Sparebank is one of the shareholders of Terra-Gruppen AS, a Norwegian bank alliance. As of December 31, 2011, the Bank's largest shareholder was MP PENSJON PK (7.97%). In May 2013, it bought all shares in Fjord og Fjell Eigedomsmekling AS.
