Co. is organized into the Fund Management Company (FMC) and the Investment Company (IC). FMC is the operating business of Co., sourcing and managing investments on behalf of third party funds and Co.'s balance sheet. IC invests Co.'s capital in support of third party fundraising and funds the development of new strategies. As of Mar 31 2017, Co. managed Euro23.80 billion of assets in third party funds and proprietary capital, principally in closed end funds.
