Irving Resources Inc is a Canada-based exploration stage company. The Company focuses on exploring copper and precious metals in Tanzania and for rare earth metals (REE) in Malawi, Africa. The Company owns Tanzania Project, through its subsidiary Spring Take Limited (STL), which was granted over two prospecting licenses (PLs) by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals in the United Republic of Tanzania, Africa. The Company has approximately two PLs, namely Kimagai and Mlali, which are located in the Mpwapwa District of the Dodoma Region in east-central Tanzania. The Company holds interest in a REE Property in Malawi, Africa through its joint exploration agreement (JEA) with its joint venture participant, Japan oil, gas and metals national corporation (JOGMEC). The Company has an agreement with JOGMEC and holds interest in the Kratz Spring REE Project. The Company's subsidiaries include Gold Canyon Kratz Spring, LLC, River Stone Limited, Spring Stone Limited and Spring Take Limited.
