It was also engaged in the mobile solution business provided proxy driver matching service, short message service (SMS) and others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had one affiliated company. On June 30, 2011, the Company sold its entire 100% stake in CelrunH, engaged in investment related business. On July 13, 2011, the Company changed its name from SQN Co.,Ltd. to J way Co.,Ltd. On April 26, 2013, the Company divested its mobile solution business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary.
