Japan Logistics Fund is a real estate investment trust that invests in logistics and related properties and is managed by Mitsui & Co., Logistics Partners Ltd. Co. invests in logistic facilities and related real estate properties. As of Jan 31 2014, Co.'s portfolio consisted of 36 properties with 45 tenants and total rentable 974,686.09 sq. m. of area. 79.2% of total portfolio is in Tokyo and the Tokyo metropolitan area including Chiba, Saitama and Kanagawa prefectures. 15.2% of total portfolio is in Osaka, Aichi, Fukuoka, Gifu. The remaining is in Gunma prefecture.
