The Company operates a Jobbsafari job database in 10 European countries and has sales and marketing activities in Sweden and Norway. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 92.3%-owned by Danielsen.com ApS. In March 2014, it acquired StepStone A/S, a Danish arm of the European StepStone jobportal, and announced establishment of a subsidiary it-jobbank a/s.
