Kilburn Chemicals Ltd is an India-based producer and exporter of Anatase Grade Titanium Dioxide. The Company is also engaged in the manufacturing of Ferrous Sulfate Hepthahydrate (Copperas). The Company produces Titanium Dioxide (Anatase) through sulfate process and copperas is produced as a by-product after crystallization and separation from the process liquor. Titanium Dioxide is used for various industrial applications, such as manufacturing of paint, rubber, paper, detergents, cosmetics, printing inks, textiles and plastics. Copperas is used as an additive in cement for the hexavalent chromium contained in cement. The Company supplies copperas to cement manufacturers. Copperas is also used as a coagulant in water treatment chemicals and as a raw material for iron oxide pigments. The Company is involved in the development of a project for the production of both Anatase and Rutile grade of Titanium Dioxide (annual capacity of approximately 15,000 tons) at Dahej, Gujarat.
